The parmesan knifes Soul are ideal for breaking up parmesan and other matured hard cheeses, The Parmesar knife set contains two knives, one with a wide, straight blade and one with a pointed blade. Both have a particularly stable blade and are a real eye-catcher on every cheese board.
The handles made of FSC-certified German ash are turned in the Sauerland, then finely finished in Solingen, oiled and assembled with functional stainless steel parts by hand. The product is manufactured with green electricity.
