Refunds & Returns
INSTORE RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund back to the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns after 14 days. A receipt or gift receipt is required to make a return.
Unfortunately, we are not able to return items after 14 days - no exceptions.
We ask items to be returned within a 1week time period because we buy in small quantities and our inventory is constantly changing. There are times we simply no longer have the space for previously purchased items or they are no longer in our inventory system. Please take into account our opening days and hours and plan accordingly if you need to make a return.
All items must be in new, unused, perfect condition with tags & original packaging for a full refund.
The following items are final sale/ can not be returned:
- Sale Items
- Plants, Dried Flowers
- All apothecary items (including Perfume, Lotion, Hand wash) even if they are unopened - we are unable to refund or exchange.
- Food Items
- Gift Cards & Gift Box
We reserve the right to refuse any return.

We will get back to you with confirmation and instructions within 2-3 business days.
Online orders may also be returned in person at our brick-and-mortar store within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your items for something new.
All returns / items must be shipped back within 2 weeks from received. For example if you receive your item on a Monday, the latest it can be post marked is 14 days after that Monday.
We are not responsible for shipping costs back to us and cannot refund original shipping charges. You can ship the item yourself or we can send you a shipping label and deduct the cost from the return. If you would like us to send you a label, we will email you the shipping cost quote prior to sending you a label. Please email us at hello@illoshop.com

If you ship a return without prior approval or outside the return policy window, we will refuse the shipment and it will be sent back to you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All items shipped internationally are final sale. We do not accept returns on any international orders.
